The Sick Bug
Man I tell you when it rains it pours. The sick bug has been going through my house for a week and a half and has hit all of the kids. It really sucks when this happens, because I tend to feel guilty for having a career and not being able to stay home with them, but instead I have to ship them off to a family members house, or the one day that I do stay home with them, I spend half the time cleaning the house, the other half trying to still deal with work situations from home. Oh and forget about the times with my other half stays home from work. I get more phone calls when he is home with the kids than ever, always with silly questions such as, where is this and where is that, how do i do this, how much medicine should I give them.
Hopefully everyone will get better very quick.

I deliberately try to do nothing when I stay home with my little one sick. I might throw in a load of laundry but other than that I try really hard to just enjoy her. And that's hard for me being so OCD anal...everything has to be CLEAN!! Or the cleaning fairy will come and tell me off!!! LOL
It's it amazing how when the men stay home with the sick kids the house looks a mess by the time you get home. Not only do the NOT clean what was there but they don't clean what mess they made!! LOL
You other half must have graduated from the same place as mine...sometimes I want to ask him "Do you live here". How can they be that oblivious to where everything is....I'd love to have their clear heads filled with nothing to remember!!! LOL
Oops there I go rambling on like I'm on a soap box...can you tell this is a sore spot for me!! LOL
