Hump Day

Today is Wednesday and another day closer to the weekend. I am so glad that Spring is here even though it doesn't feel like Spring yet.

Finally

They wonder why some women stay with a man who treats them like shit. Well, I have started to see the tables turned.

How in the hell can you stay with her and she talks to you like you ain't shit and treats you like you aren't shit but you call yourself a man. Hmmmm... I beg to differ.

Yea it's been a while since I last posted. I guess I haven't had that itch to say much. But I do read other peoples posts almost everyday.

High blood pressure. Yep that's my new diagnosis. Ain't that a bitch. Never in my life would I think that this would be me. But unfortunately it is. So this has been another eye opener in the past months that has happened to me. But this is very serious to me. I am definitely changing my life style my eating habits, etc. Yea and increase the days that I go to the gym to a minimum of at least 3-4 days. I value my life.
